EXHIBITORS
I want
to personally thank everyone who is going to be a part of our Fil-Am Expo.
I am excited to once again be a part of an event that showcases the
Filipino-American community in San Diego.
For those who will be exhibitors, I have prepared some information about the
event in order to make it easier for you on the day of the event.

Set up time:
Doors will open for exhibitors to set up starting at 7:00 A.M.
Break down Time:
Exhibitors will not be allowed to break down their booth until 5:00 P.M.
Breakdown time is from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Check in.
Exhibitor check-in will be done at the south end of the Hall near the
South Entrance. All Exhibitors
are required to check in for booth assignments and to obtain an exhibitor
wrist band.
Booth Specification
Size: 10 ft x 10 ft
Height: 8 ft high draped back wall
Sides: 3 ft high drapes left and right side walls
Color: Red/White
Equipment:
• One (1) fully draped booth
• One (1) 2 ft x 8 ft fully draped table- White top/Red Skirting
• Two (2) folding chairs
Electricity:
On the application, exhibitors had the option to select electricity at an
additional charge of $25. Due
to limited number of booths with electricity, any request for electricity on
the day of the event will be denied.
Parking.
There is a parking structure adjacent to Golden Hall.
This is owned by a private company and no validations are available.
The cost for all day parking is $10.
EXHIBITOR DROPOFF DIRECTIONS
From the North on I-5
Take I-5 South to FRONT STREET and Exit toward CIVIC CENTER
Go Right onto FRONT STREET
Turn Left on WEST "C" Street and go to 1st Ave.
Location #1
South Entrance. Go past 1st avenue and the unloading bay will be
on the left hand side. This
drop off has a freight elevator for those who will be bringing heavy
equipment. There is not much
space for vehicles so you may be asked to drop off your equipment and move
your vehicle before setting up.
Location
#2
West Entrance from “C” street, turn left onto 1St Avenue. Loading and
Unloading will be on your right next to Golden Hall in the area marked off
by the City. You can enter the
building be using the West entrance which is located next to the parking
ramp. Once you are finished
unloading, follow up the parking ramp for parking.
From THE South Bay area
Take I-805 north to 94 West,
Keep on 94 West as it turns into "F" Street
Turn RIGHT on 5th to "Broadway" Street
Turn LEFT on BROADWAY
Turn Right on "2nd Ave
Turn Left on “C” Street.
Location #1
South Entrance. As soon as you turn left on C street you will see the
unloading bay on your right hand side.

West Entrance from “C” street, turn right onto

PARKING
Only DIRECTIONS
Public parking is available throughout the area with a large parking
structure located adjacent to the San Diego Concourse.
For those wishing to park further away, Horton Plaza is 3 blocks
south and offer three hours of free parking with validation.
From the North on I-5
Take I-5 South to FRONT STREET and Exit toward CIVIC CENTER
Go Right onto FRONT STREET
Turn Left on WEST "A" Street
Parking is available between 2nd Ave and 1st Avenue on the right hand side.
From the North on 163
Take 163 into downtown.
Turn Right on "B" Street to 3rd Ave
Turning RIGHT onto Third, parking will be on your left
From I-805 South Bay area
Take I-805 north to 94 West
Keep on 94 West as it turns into "F" Street
Turn RIGHT on 5th to "B" Street
Turn LEFT on "B" Street to 3rd Ave
Turning RIGHT onto Third, parking will be on your left
Public Transportation
Several modes of public transportation are available with a trolley drop off
in front of the San Diego Concourse.

Free Shuttle Free shuttle
services will be provided at Mira Mesa Senior Center and Kimball Towers.
Pick-up times:
9:00, 11:00, 2:00.
Last return trip at 4:00 p.m.
Emergency
In case of an emergency, please contact someone at the Information booth
which will be located in the front lobby.
Lost and Found
Lost and found items, including purses, clothing, husbands, can be dropped
off or picked up at the Information booth.
Information Booth
We provide a variety of services for the exhibitors and the general public
including lost and found. Our staff and volunteers will be happy to assist
all exhibitors and to solve any problems. Show attendees can pick up all
show information, materials, etc at our Information Booth.
